  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom orders or clearance products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for return eligibility.

Return Process

    Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning your item.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure your return is received.

  • Packaging: Please package the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Include the RAN with your return.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is due to a LightCo. error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping costs.

  • Partial Refunds: Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts may be subject to a partial refund.

Exchanges

  • Request an Exchange: If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, contact our customer support team to arrange for the return and shipment of the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items
